Toufik Ftaïta

Toufik Ftaïta is an anthropologist specialized in the anthropology of water and irrigation and in the anthropology of development. He has worked on water and development issues in countries around the Mediterranean and Africa. He is a Associate Professor in ethnology and anthropology at the Université Côte d'Azur - Nice France and researcher at the LIRCES Laboratory (Interdisciplinary Laboratory, Stories, Cultures and Societies) and associate researcher at the LPED UMR 151 AMU-IRD Laboratory (Population Environment Development Laboratory).
