Guido Lucarno

Guido Lucarno is full professor of Economic and Political Geography at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan, Faculty of Literature and Philosophy, Department of History, Archeology, History of Art. He was professor of Transport Geography at the University of Genoa and since 2001 he has been teaching Geography of Tourism for the degree course of Tourism Activities and Cultural Enhancement of the Territory at the Catholic University of Brescia, where he is currently coordinator of the degree course in Tourism Sciences. He is the author of essays on tourism and transport systems in Italy and abroad, published in various academic reviews, in particular about the tourism system of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola (north-western Italy). He has written monographic research about various aspects of the attractive heritage and accommodation systems.
