Currently, Francesco Aureli is director of the Italian NGO Health Beyond Borders – Sanità di Frontiera, director of the Center for Migration of the Ortygia Business School, and senior advisor of World Health Organization (WHO). Previously he was policy advisor for the Presidency of the Council of Ministers of Italy (Advisor for Development and International Cooperation at the G7 Sherpa Unit, in the Office of the Italian Prime Minister) and representative to the International Institutions and representative at the United Nations for NGO Save the Children International. Experienced senior manager and consultant in the International Cooperation, Humanitarian Aid and Migration sectors, with a demonstrated history of working in the international affairs industry and in the public health sector at the global level.
