Syed Khawaja Alqama

Syed Khawaja Alqama holds a PhD in IR from the university of Kent (Canterbury, UK). M.A. IR from the university of Kent  and M.S.C. in IR from the Quaid Azam university Islamabad. Graduation is from Govt College Lahore. He is also author of a book entitled Bengali elites perceptions of Pakistan. The road to disillusionment: uneven development or ethnicity?. Dr Alqama has also served as Pakistan Ambassador to Yemen from 2009 to 2011. He is ex-VC of BZU from 2011 to 2015. Presently, he is the Dean of Social Sciences at the Minhaj University Lahore. He belongs to the well-known Khawaja Nawab family of Bengal. His Uncle Khawaja Nazimuddin was the second Governor General and second Prime Minister of Pakistan.
