Simona Giampaoli

Simona Giampaoli was Researcher at the Istituto Superiore di Sanità-ISS (National Institute of Health) in epidemiology and prevention of cardiovascular diseases (1982-2018 ) and later Director of the Department of Cardiovascular, Endocrine-metabolic Diseases and Aging. Project leader at international level for many WHO and EU Projects. 1998-2018 Coordinator of the Italian CUORE Project 1993-2018 Responsible of biological bank of the Italian Cardiovascular Observatory.
