Nacima Baron

Nacima Baron is Professor at the Université G. Eiffel, Senior Member of the Institut Universitaire de France and of the UMR Ville Mobilité Transports research department. A member of the European Consortium of Universities on Traffic (EElisa on the Move) and Guest Researcher at a number of international research centres, her work focuses on the way in which urban transport policies address urban, energy and environmental transitions and set urban planning in motion, revealing the links between the situated emergence of innovation and the collective appropriation of change. She is the author of several academic books as well as numerous research articles and publications.
