Maria Freddi

Maria Freddi is Associate Professor of English Language and Translation at Vita-Salute San Raffaele University (Milan, Italy), where she is in charge of the English for Medicine and Health provision of the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery. Over the years both her teaching and research have been focused on corpus linguistics, English for Academic and Specific Purposes, the role of grammar in English language teaching, and writing in its various forms.
