Elina Gugliuzzo

Elina Gugliuzzo is currently Associate Professor of Modern History at the Pegaso University of Naples. She has centered her research on the history of the Mediterranean with a particular interest in military, urban, environmental history and public health. She has participated in numerous research projects and international conferences and has promoted many of these. She has published 8 monographs and many essays with various international Publishers. She has got, among others, the Special Recognition for Professional and Academic Merits of the International Grand Prize of the “Leone d’Oro” of Venice.
