Anne McCabe

Anne McCabe holds a Ph.D. in Language Studies from Aston University. She teaches linguistics, rhetoric, and academic writing in the English Department at Saint Louis University – Madrid Campus. She has published numerous book chapters and articles using Systemic Functional Linguistics to analyse texts from educational and media environments. She has authored A Functional Linguistic Approach to Developing Language (Routledge, 2021), and co-authored Attitudinal Evaluation in Chinese University Students’ English Writing – A Contrastive Perspective (Springer, 2017).
